Kitty Kin-Evil a Métis Indigenous burlesque performer and headmistress of the Ottawa Burlesque Academy. Kitty Kin-Evil embodies professionalism and empowerment. With a commitment to providing opportunities for newcomers to hone their craft and network with Indigenous women and performers from Winnipeg, Kitty will lead workshops at WIBF, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for emerging talent.

Arabella Boop, winner of the 2023 Queen of the Roses. If you are a fan of comedy, performance, and raw, animalistic sexuality, then , you are in for a treat. And not just any treat - the most scrumptious, scintillating, and satisfying treat you can imagine. Like Venus emerging from a hotdog bun, this juicy ginger is a mouth-watering delicacy, and she is sure to satisfy your hunger. You better find a napkin because you’ll be needing it to wipe the drool from your chin. She is power and pleasure. She is seduction and satiation. She is joy and juiciness.

Tymisha Harris (aka “Tush”) star of Josephine, the play will be showcases her very own performing talents. Her other credits include assistant choreographer and backup dancing for the 90’s pop group N*SYNC, a backup dancer for LFO, multiple roles at Universal Studios Orlando, and a featured role in the hit movie series Bring It On. More recent endeavours include the national tour of Rock of Ages, a European tour with the innovative and world-renowned Pilobulus Dance Theater Company, and founding member and Assistant Director/Choreographer of the successful Orlando-based troupe VarieTease.

Host

DD Brassiere, Serving as director and host for the Winnipeg International Burlesque Festival, she’s very passionate about producing provocative entertainment. Comedian/Business woman turned bad ass bitch also runs Tits Up Burlesque (Sept 27 at Rec Room), the adult only storytelling open mic Smut Slam (June 19 at Limelight) and co-stars in the burlesque/comedy Moms Moms Moms, at the Winnipeg Fringe Festival (July 17-28) and Edmonton Fringe Festival (August 15-25).
